BEFORE HAIR TRANSPLANTATION
Points to Consider Before HAIR Transplantation:
Do not use ASPIRIN and other anti-inflammatory drugs (Ibuprofen, ecopirin, etc.) 2 weeks before the operation. Be sure to inform your doctor about all the diseases you have had before and all the health problems you are currently treating. If you are using vitamins B and E, stop. Inform your doctor about all the medications, cigarettes and alcohol you use. Wash your hair and do not use any creams, gels or sprays before the operation.
If possible, do not smoke for 24 hours before the operation, if you cannot, try to reduce it. Remember that smoking will prolong your recovery process and increase the risk of infection and scarring.
Since you will not be able to drive for 12 hours after the operation, if you are going to come by car, make sure that there is someone with you to drive. When you come to the operation, wear clothes that will not rub against your head and that you can easily put on and take off (shirt, cardigan, etc.).
