He was born in Denizli in 1973. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Denizli. He graduated from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine in 1998 and received his Medical Doctor title. He received his Medical Aesthetics Application Certificate in 2003.

He performed hair transplantation with the FUT technique between 2003-2005. He received training on the FUE technique from Italian Bessam FARJIO in 2005. He has been performing hair transplantation with the FUE method since 2005 and has been using a micromotor since 2006.

In HAIR transplantation, he personally performs the stages of local anesthesia, drawing the hairline, taking hair follicles with a micromotor and preparing the channels for transplantation. Dr. Özgür NALBANT is a member of the International Society of Hair Transplant Surgery, ISHRS. In our country, he is a founding member of the Hair Transplantation Doctors Association, a member of the HAIR Transplantation Association (SANATDER) and the Medical Aesthetics Physicians Association (MESTDER). He performs hair transplants together with Dr. Sema NALBANT and her experienced team at Vizyongöz Hospital.
